Your Package Shipment

Because we are a small bussines we ship on Mondays and Thursdays only (During pandemics we are shipping just on Wednesdays)  .

We use Spanish post (Correos) which works together with USPS in the USA, Deusche Post in Germany ...etc , The tracking number we provide works while the package is in Spain and once it arrives the destinantion country it works on the local post website (except for Germany as they , for unknown and reasons, create a new German tracking number which only works for them and its impossible to know for us nor you once you get the package)

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are free, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Delivery times (info provided by Spanish post)

- Madrid: 2 working days.
- Rest of Spain: 93% of items within 4 working days.
- Europe: 3 to 5 working days.
- Other destinations: depending on the country

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the country to deliver and weight of the package
Weight ranges are the following:
from 0 grs. to 50 grs.
from 50 grs. to100 grs.
from 100 grs. to 500 grs.
from 500 grs. to 1.000 grs.
from 1.000 grs. to 2.000 grs.
